Twilight
Books by Stephenie Meyer
Reviewed by Emberpelt

I recently stumbled into this series after hearing about it from all directions and finally borrowing a copy from Thistlecloud. I started, and was immediately caught up in the lives of the characters, and put off most of life, preferring to hole up in my room for hours reading. I finished off the third book, Eclipse, with a nine-hour reading spree. Needless to say, these books are amazing. No other book has ever caught my attention and kept me utterly obsessed.

The books are not only amazing during the edge-of-your-seat action scenes and the surprising plot twists, even small interactions between the characters are astonishingly enthralling. I'm not entirely sure how, but unlike most books, every moment is exciting. I can't say much about the plot for fear of spoilers, but suffice to say it is a fantasy romance. The author, Stephanie Meyer, originally pitched it as "suspense romance horror comedy". These books are, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best books I've ever read. So - go pick up your copy of Twilight today, and find yourself in an amazing new world.
